ORDER
PLACEMENT
You can place your order by making a selection of the products from our catalogue shop. Mention the quantities you want to order and we shall send you a proforma invoice within 24-48 working hours.
In order to get access to our product catalogues you will first have to register on our website by sharing some personal and business information. Once your registration is complete we will review it and approve the same. You will get an email once we have accepted your request.
Our price validity is generally of 30 days from the date of proforma invoice that will be sent to you.
SAMPLING & PRODUCTION
Yes we can customize all our products to meet your requirements of design, colour & size. You can mail us your custom requirement at neelansh@hotmail.com
Depending on the product category our sampling lead time is between 3-4 weeks.
Our production lead time is generally between 90 to 120 days after receiving the order.
PAYMENT
Our payment terms are 30% advance and balance 70% against Bill of Lading or Airway Bill. We also work against Letter of Credit with certain buyers under exceptional circumtances.
Mostly all transactions are done in US Dollars however with certain European customers we also accept Euros.
Sorry we do not work on credit facility.
SHIPPING & PACKAGING
We ship our product to over 20 countries across the globe.
Most of our shipments go by sea and we use Nhava Sheva port in Mumbai as sea port. If the shipment needs to go by air then we send it from Delhi Airport.
We are flexible using both our freight forwarder as well as your nominated freight forwarder.
Yes, we do have accounts in DHL and India International Post. We regularly ship our goods with them on customers demand.
We pack one individual product in a single polybag and then as per buyers requirement pack them into sets of assortments in a bigger polybag, these are then put into a master carton of 5 Ply and above. If any special packaging is required it has to be conveyed during the time of order placement.
